Vincent Cortes
President
As President and founder of Vincor, Vincent brings 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Vincent brings passion to building every client’s vision by approaching projects as a team, finding creative solutions when needed and exemplary performance from start to finish. He believes in the importance of cultivating long-term relationships with employees, clients and earning a reputation for consistent quality and performance. Vince is also passionate about giving back to the community and is a Board of Trustee Member at AltaMed Foundation and the Chair of the Latino Advisory Council at CHOC Children’s.
John Kang
Vice President
John has a hand in managing and day-to-day oversight of Vincor projects. He brings over 17 years of construction management experience and ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and meticulously mitigating project challenges. John is Vincor’s JOC expert and has successfully completed hundreds of projects. He believes success is achieved by communicating project goals and expectations to project leaders and will personally get involved at the project site to ensure project fluidity, timeliness of project completion, jobsite safety, and quality control.
Michele Cortes
Chief Financial Officer
Michele is the CFO of Vincor with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. She is involved in all administrative duties; including but not limited to accounting, payroll, strategic growth opportunities, financial forecasting and budgeting, and project feasibility. Outside of work, Michelle is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of kids in Orange County and is a Member of the Board of Directors for CHOC Children’s Foundation.
