10th Floor Renovation

The 17,425 SF renovation of the 10th-floor County Admin Center (CAC), which provided aesthetically pleasing and durable finishes appropriate to the building’s function. Coordination of multiple trades performing work simultaneously within this occupied high-rise structure was critical to avoid interruption to the building’s ongoing operations.

What Was Accomplished

  • New non load bearing walls, ceilings, finishes, furnishings, millwork, power and lighting, mechanical distribution, and plumbing, including demolition and abatement required, according to CD plans and specifications.
