The Brea Branch, measuring 10,600 square feet, serves the community of over 47,000 residents, was upgraded in 2022
- Replaced flooring and ceilings.
- Reconfigured library floorplan to maximize public utilization of spaces, including adding study rooms.

- Upgraded HVAC and sprinkler systems.
- Upgraded lighting to meet Title 24 requirements.
- Replaced furniture and shelving to meet safety and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
City of Long Beach Jr. Life Guard Station
This one-story building spans 960 SF. and boasts several impressive features. Notably, it includes a second-level viewing deck, utility extensions, a seasonal shade structure, and permanent bike racks. Furthermore, this facility offers essential amenities such as restrooms, a kitchen, an office space, and dedicated locker rooms.
Jr Lifeguard Station Facility Rebuild Demolition of an existing 2-story, approximately 655 square foot junior lifeguard building and associated utilities on the sandy beach adjacent to 55th Pl and construction of a new 1-story approximately 960 square foot junior lifeguard building with a 2nd level viewing deck and associated utility extensions, seasonal shade structure, and
permanent bike racks on the sandy beach adjacent to Clarement Pl. The construction of the new facility will be performed under a different contract.
PIH Health Wilshire Mob
This was a Design-Build New Construction of the 4th & 5th Floors for PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital!
As the oldest hospital located in the heart of Los Angeles, this 42,000 SF custom interior build-out provides advanced space for Radiology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology/Oncology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Gynecology, Urology, and General Surgery services to the surrounding community.
- Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Documentation including programming; conceptual site and building plans; and evaluation of existing site utilities/connections.

on the most recent schematic design studies, area, volume, other unit costs, and appropriate contingencies. Programming and Schematic Design will focus on providing the PIH Health with conceptual design options to identify the maximum possible scope available and within the agreed upon budget/initial guaranteed maximum price together with appropriate options for cost savings, value engineering and enhancements.
San Juan Capistrano Library
San Juan Capistrano Library is one of the early examples of postmodern architecture in the
USA, originally designed by famed architect Michael Graves.
The project scope includes upgraded cabling, improved energy efficiencies, new lighting, paint, carpet, furniture and shelving,” said
David Lopez, marketing and communications librarian with OC Public Libraries. The goal of the enhancement is to “reimagine the existing space to ensure the facility is compliant and accessible to all, to maximize usable space for the public to study, read and attend programs and to create a modern, inviting space where people can gather to build community,” Lopez also said.
AltaMed Santa Ana Pace
This renovation included a 27,000 sq. ft. space on the first floor for health education, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, and behavioral health. Vincor is now proud to announce that we have begun renovations on the second floor, which will include dental services. We can’t wait to share the photos of the second floor.

CAC Building 10th Floor Renovation
The 17,425 SF renovation of the 10th-floor County Admin Center (CAC), which provided aesthetically
pleasing and durable finishes appropriate to the building’s function. Coordination of multiple trades performing work simultaneously
within this occupied high-rise structure was critical to avoid interruption to the building’s ongoing operations.
New non load bearing walls, ceilings, finishes, furnishings, millwork, power and lighting, mechanical distribution, and plumbing, including demolition and abatement required, according to CD plans and
specifications.
