Founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2003, Vincor Construction, Inc. is a California-licensed General Contractor dedicated to delivering exceptional construction services. As an SBA 8(a) Certified, Minority-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Vincor is committed to on-time project completion, competitive pricing, quality workmanship, and safety assurance.

Vincent Cortes
President
Vincent, President and Founder of Vincor, brings 30 years of construction experience. He is dedicated to delivering client visions through teamwork, creativity, and exceptional performance. He values long-term relationships and a reputation for quality. He also gives back to the community as a Board Member at AltaMed Foundation and Chair of the Latino Advisory Council at CHOC Children’s.
John Kang
Vice-President
John manages Vincor’s projects with 17 years of experience and JOC expertise. As Vincor’s JOC expert, he ensures success by focusing on client satisfaction, strong relationships, and proactive problem-solving. Through clear communication, on-site oversight, and a commitment to safety, timeliness, and quality, John delivers projects that meet goals and expectations.
Michele Cortes
Chief Financial Officer
Michele, Vincor Construction Inc.’s CFO, has over 25 years of construction industry experience. She handles all administrative duties, including accounting, payroll, financial forecasting, budgeting, and project feasibility. Outside of work, Michele is dedicated to improving children’s health in Orange County and serves on the Board of Directors for the CHOC Children’s Foundation.
